Granny & Poppy Camp

The kids and I spent a week at my parent's house a few weeks back and as usual it was a blast. The kids loved playing outside and enjoying the "country" plus there is never a lack of side activities planned when we visit...we went to Landa park, made homemade pizza, had daily arts and crafts, and even made two trip to Schlitterbahn in one day. Here is a random assortment of pictures from the week...sorry there are so many. :)

Already looking forward to our next trip.

Family Photos

It had been awhile since we had any family pictures taken, and we have had several new additions to the family, so over Father's Day weekend we decided to give it a try. I felt bad for the photographer...trying to get our entire group to smile and look in the same direction is not an easy feat...now that there are fourteen of us. :) She did a great job and managed to snag a few great shots.

Finger Paint Picasos

Today the children collaborated on what I believe is the most beautiful piece of finger paint art in history. Ha.

And finally....the masterpiece!

Goodbye Soccer...Hello Dance

Only one class in and I can already tell she likes dance ten times better than soccer. I always thought I was more of a sports mom but man was she super cute all dressed up and dancing today. Hopefully her interest will stay long enough to participate in at least one recital! I was totally unprepared for taking the pictures during class so please excuse the lack of photos...I am sure I will make up for it in the next few weeks. :)

Our little dance prodigy.

Summer is Here!!

The calendar may say that it is still spring but as far as the kids and I are concerned it is already summertime! We have been enjoying alot of fun in the sun here lately and actually went today on our first beach trip of the year. It was a blast and the weather was beautiful. We can't wait for all the fun that I am sure is in store for us over the next few months. Happy Summer.
